03 Feb 2010 - At The Great Generation volunteers come from all backgrounds, with different interests & experiences, and with a passion to make change happen! In September 2009, a group of volunteers teamed up with The Great Generation to collaborate on a community development 'Arts' project in India for disadvantaged children. Neetu Soniya Sharma, one of the volunteers, talks about her experience and why she found it so rewarding.
Post Volunteer Project Update - direct from Uganda!
20 Nov 2009 - In July 2009, The Great Generation took a group of students and teachers from Calder High out to volunteer on a community development project. The students and staff helped to develop environment and hygiene initiatives with our Expert Partner and had an amazing yet challenging time.

19 Nov 2009 - Students from Luton VIth form College who went out with The Great Generation in 2009 - calling themselves 'Heroes of Uganda' win an award at the Young People of the Year awards ceremony on Sunday.
